Our ongoing Social Media Marketing packages are customized to fit your specific needs. Your package and flat rate will be determined based on your Social Media Marketing goals and the overall scope of work.
We provide strategy and management services for Facebook and Instagram only. We do not work with TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, or other social media platforms at this time.

Social Media Marketing

We do not use long-term contracts. For all of our ongoing retainer clients, our agreement states that either party may terminate services at any time with 14 days (two weeks) written notice. We typically suggest a minimum of 3 months to start to determine whether you would like to continue ongoing services.

We use a weekly flat rate, billed every 4-weeks (monthly) for services rendered.
Your weekly flat rate will be determined by various factors within the overall scope of work that you are interested in, including the estimated amount of time required to complete the different tasks and responsibilities included in your package.
We do not charge our services by the hour. If you would like an estimated hourly breakdown (to better understand our weekly rate), we can provide an estimate/range based on your specific package and agreement. -

"Content Creation" involves the production and post-production of photo and video content used for Social Media Marketing (story posts, timeline posts, reels, and more). Our Content Creation services also include creating graphic design content. The level of Content Creation you are interested in will impact your weekly flat rate.
Your Social Media Marketing package will include a specified number of on-site visits per month for content creation. *CONTENT CREATION IS AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL CLIENTS ONLY.
We use iPhones and a Canon EOS Rebel T8i DSLR camera to capture photos and videos for Social Media use. We use Adobe Lightroom, CapCut, Vixer, Lightleap, and more for photo and video editing. For graphic design projects, we use Canva Pro, Adobe Express, and Adobe Illustrator.
DISCLAIMER: We are intermediate-level photographers. We have limited gear and limited time to curate high-level photo and video assets. We often suggest bringing in professional, local photographers or videographers for certain projects and advertising needs. -

The key performance indicators that we like to focus on include engagement (likes, comments, saves, shares), reach, profile visits, link clicks, and follower growth. The importance of these KPIs will be decided based on your specific goals. At the end of the day, our overall objective is to help increase conversions/sales for you and your business. -
CM Solutions provides ongoing freelance social media marketing services, hired as a part-time independent contractor.
1099 contractors differ from full-time (or part-time) W2 employees in a lot of ways. Here are a few things to consider:
1.) Independent contractors are typically free to set their own hours and work schedule. Employees, on the other hand, may have an hourly working schedule, which Employers set and control. (You generally have less control over an Independent Contractor).
2.) Employees often expect or require benefits from the Employer, such as paid time off or health insurance. Independent Contractors are their own business entity, so they are responsible for providing their own benefits. (You save on benefits and other payroll expenses by hiring an Independent Contractor).
3.) Independent Contractors pay for their own tools and supplies to complete a service or project. Employee tools and supplies are provided by and covered by the Employer. (You spend more on supplies and tools required for an Employee to carry out certain tasks).
Email Marketing
Your Email Marketing package and flat rate will be determined based on a few different variables, including the number of emails sent each month, the type of analytics reporting, and the size of your subscriber lists.
Our preferred Email Marketing software is Flodesk. Although we will work with other Email Marketing management software (such as Constant Contact), we normally move our clients over to Flodesk while working with us.

REPORTING: Formal Analytics Reports (PDF presentation deck) or Informal Analytics Reports (Summary written in an email).
SOFTWARE: Using Flodesk versus using another email management platform.
SUBSCRIBERS: < 3,000 versus > 3,000.
Package Minimum:
One newsletter per month, informal analytics reporting, emails designed and managed on Flodesk, with 3,000 or fewer subscribers...

Our preferred website builder is Squarespace. We also enjoy working with Wix and can provide Website Design Updates on WordPress sites. Basic SEO setup is included in our Website Build and Update projects, but we suggest hiring an SEO specialist for more robust optimization.

Website Design

We typically breakdown our Website Build projects and our Website Update projects into three main phases.
PHASE 1:
Introductions, onboarding, collecting brand assets and brand kit information, going over the website goals and objectives, outlining website flow.
PHASE 2:
Begin the website build or updating process. Design new menu pages, headers, footers, and more. Schedule a meeting between the contractor and the client to review the project thus far and obtain feedback for final editing.
PHASE 3:
Complete final edits based on the feedback and discussions from Phase 2. Clean everything up and perform link testing. Double-check basic SEO features. Submit the website for final review, provide the client with login credentials, and finish up other offboarding processes. -
We break down our website projects into two installments. The first invoice will be sent on our start date as a deposit to cover the first half of the project. The second invoice will be sent at the end after the project is finalized and completed.
During Phase 2, you will have the opportunity to terminate services if for any reason you are no longer interested in completing the website design project.
Payment and termination terms will be outlined further in our working agreement. -
